We are a small, friendly Sangha, meeting every Friday evening mostly in Ambleside and sometimes in Windermere. Our sessions include guided meditation, readings and time for Dharma Sharing. Anyone who wants to practice together in harmony and is looking for the experience of Sangha is welcome.
