About this sangha
We recite the five mindfulness training on the first Saturday of the month. Our practice sessions begin with a guided meditation, followed by some mindful movement and the a silent sit . This is followed by a short reading and dharma discussion.
Meeting information
- Every Saturday 10am - 12pm via Zoom. We have an in-person meeting on the 4th Saturday of the month.
