About this sangha

A warm and welcoming mindfulness Sangha in Sudbury, Suffolk, practising in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We come together to cultivate mindfulness, peace, understanding, and compassion through sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful listening, shared reflections, and the practice of mindful living in everyday life. Our Sangha is open to people of all backgrounds and levels of experience, offering a supportive community where we can learn, practise, and grow together.
