About this sangha

We have been practicing in the Plum Village tradition since 2017. Here in the Maryland countryside, in the shadow of Sugarloaf Mountain, we welcome people of all backgrounds and traditions, both those new to meditation and those who are experienced practitioners. Our evenings consist of sitting meditation, mindful movements, mindful walking and sharing. We hope you can join us for an in-person evening of stopping, resting and looking deeply together.
