Monthly Community gatherings prior to COVID, now through technology including zoom and message groups. Includes Dharma talks, meditations, ceremonies, and mindful eating with 5 contemplations. As we regularly host monks from Blue Cliff and a Virginia monastery, our Sangha has the honor of receiving the dharma through them.
