Our Sangha meets both in person and online. For an up to date monthly program please email the contact address below. We practice sitting and walking meditation, Dharma sharing and recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings monthly. We also have a monthly book club and use texts by Thich Nhat Hanh and other Plum Village Monastics to guide our practice. All are welcome to join with us.
