About this sangha

Our purposes to provide a space for the establishment of mindfulness in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen monk, Thich Nhat Hanh. Anyone interested in mindfulness meditation, as taught by our teacher, Thay, is welcomed to join. We will read and sit in meditation following the practices of Plum Village.
