About this sangha

We are a diverse group that meets in person and on-line. Practices include chanting/recitation, meditation, Dharma reading, and Dharma sharing. We practice primarily in the Plum Village Tradition but also incorporate teachings from other spiritual traditions. As a community, we practice the first two of the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings: Openness and Non-Attachment to Views.
