About this sangha
Thursday Night Sangha meets via zoom weekly. Our sessions include both sitting and walking meditation as well as Dharma talks by Thich Nhat Hanh, Plum Village monastics, or our sangha facilitators. We end our sessions with Dharma sharing and a Plum Village song. We also recite the Five Mindfulness Training on the third Thursday of each month.
