About this sangha

A People of Color centered mindfulness practice community in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, based in Pasadena CA. We are a BIPOC and White allies Buddhist sangha that strives to co-create a brave and intimate space where BIPOC, side by side with White allies, can practice mindfulness and meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village. White allies are welcome to join our sangha after attending one of our quarterly orientations. Maintaining a balanced presence of white allies and BIPOC participants is essential to preserving our sangha as a BIPOC-centered space, and we deeply appreciate your allyship in supporting this intention.
