About this sangha

Bi-monthly meetings in the Plum Village Tradition. We practice meditation, mindfulness practices, dharma sharing and regular recitation on the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Each season we enjoy eating meditation together.

Meeting information

• First and Third Monday, 8-10:30AM. In case of a holiday weekend, we meet the following Monday.
