About this sangha

We are an informal practice group. We meet Sundays at 3pm and start our sit at 3:15 followed by walking meditation or mindful movement and then a Dharma discussion. The Sangha occasionally organizes days of mindfulness and retreats. You can email us to join a mailing list to receive Zoom links and updates and/or be added to our public Google Group for updates.
