True River Sangha is a community of friends who come from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to practicing mindfulness in daily life. We gather to sit in meditation, explore the teachings, and support each other on the path of mindful living. Our offerings include weekly in-person and online gatherings, days of mindfulness, occasional retreats, and other events.
