About this sangha

We are a Valencia-based sangha, rooted in the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and the Spirit Rock tradition of Vipassana. Gathering monthly, we come together to honor the Three Jewels: the Dharma, meditation, and the sangha. Each meeting offers a space for stillness, reflection, and connection, including Dharma sharing and the gift of deep listening. Sharing is always invited but never required. Our circle is open to all—come as you are, and be warmly welcomed.
