About this sangha
A sangha is a community of friends practicing the dharma together to cultivate awareness. This sangha gathers together at Edgar Park under the beautiful tree. The format will be: 10 minutes for introduction, 20 minutes for sitting meditation, 20 minutes for walking meditation, 20 minutes for dharma listening, 20 minutes for dharma sharing, and 10 minutes for closing.
