About this sangha

This online sangha meets monthly on the second Sunday from 8am - 9:30am (USA central time zone) The purpose is to: 1) CONNECT . . . . . cultivating spiritual friendships among those who are Order of Interbeing (OI) members, OI aspirants or OI curious and reside in IL, MO, WI, MN, IA, NE, ND, SD and Upper Peninsula of MI. 2) LEARN . . . . . practical ways people are deepening their embodiment of the 14 Mindfulness trainings in their daily life; hold a solid and spacious practice container to support one another as we cultivate greater mindfulness, concentration and insight; to provide reciprocal community mentorship on challenges on the path. 3) GROW . . . . . an emergent and resilient “network of networks” in the Upper Midwest flowing as a river and carrying us on our collective journey of healing and liberation for all.
