About this sangha

Wake Up Brighton is a gathering of individuals under 35 (under 35-ish, folks who are a bit older but identify with this stage of life are very welcome). We practice in/are interested in the Plum Village tradition of Buddhism, founded by Thich Nhat Hahn. We engage in a variety of meditations, talks and readings. Please be aware that you do not have to identify as Buddhist to attend.We meet on the first Thursday of every month between 6.45pm-9pm in central Brighton. We ask folks to arrive 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start. Sessions are run on donation. Please email us for full address details and any questions at brightonwakeup@gmail.com. Unfortunately our venue is not on the ground floor so if you have access needs we might needs we are open to having a conversation to see if there are any adjustments we can make.A lotus to you :).

Meeting information

• 1st Thursday 1830-2100, 3rd Saturday 1430-1700. There will be no Saturday meeting, in January we will meet on the 8th and 17th, and we will have no meetings in August.
