틱낫한 스님 플럼빌리지 가르침에 따라 일상 속 마음챙김을 함께 공부하고 실천하는 18-40세 한국청년수행공동체입니다. We are a Korean young practitioners’ community (ages 18–40) who study and practice mindfulness in daily life, following the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village.
