About this sangha

We vary in our experience with meditation and the study of Buddhism, but share a common desire to engage in mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness in our daily lives. Our weekly Sangha meetings support us in our practice. Together, we enjoy sitting and walking meditations, read from texts by Thich Nhat Hanh, recite the Five and Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings, sing, chant, listen deeply and share from our hearts. We meet every Friday at 6:30 pm at the Children’s Community School not far from Clark Park.
