About this sangha

We are a group of friends from diverse spiritual backgrounds interested in the practice of mindfulness in daily living, inspired by the teachings of engaged Buddhism by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our practice consists of a formal program including: chanting, a reading, time for both sitting and walking meditation, and discussion, followed by tea and conversation. All visitors are welcome
